General Rules
No smoking inside of Lazy Days Lodge. Smoking outside is permitted. Please use ashtrays provided.
Family gatherings are welcome, no large parties permitted unless approved on a case-by-case basis. Please remember the proceeds of the lodge goes toward our nice, safe, and affordable housing initiative.
Noise restrictions after 11pm.
No deep frying of any kind on the property.
Arrival & Departures
Check in time is 4:00pm
Check out time is 10:00am during the summer and 11:00am during the fall, winter and spring seasons.
Early check-in and late departure times may be arranged for an additional fee
Security Deposit
Security deposit is $1000 and will be used to hold your rental dates. It will be returned (upon no mess/damage) two business days after departure
Payment Schedule
Payment is due no later than the day of check-in
